How does TrackerAlarm work for you as an installer and reseller?

First, you apply for a partnership with TrackerAlarm. Once approved, you as a reseller get access to pricing and terms.
When the partnership is up and running, you’re set up as a reseller, and at the same time we create an installer account for you in the TrackerAlarm portal. You’ll receive an email asking you to verify the account and create a password.

Ordering GPS units

You order GPS units directly through your contact at TrackerAlarm. The units shipped to you already come with activated SIM cards, certificates and configuration settings.

Each box is clearly labelled with the device’s IMEI number and SIM card number.

Easy customer and GPS management

You add your customers directly in your customer portal.

You can also view your GPS trackers under available devices directly on the page. From there, you can assign specific GPS devices to your customers.

NOTE: You can always connect the GPS device before sending it to the customer. This allows you to run a diagnostic test on the unit to ensure it connects to the 4G network, satellites, server, etc.
