About your application
Once we’ve received your application, we’ll review it to check whether there are any direct obstacles to entering into an agreement.
Please note: in some cases TrackerAlarm may require that you, as a reseller/installer, meet certain quality standards. These may be based on having a track record of customer satisfaction and sound financial results, as well as a solid command of Ajax alarm systems so you can deliver the customer experience your end customers expect.
Typically, we’ll give you a call to introduce ourselves. At that point, we’ll also send over price lists and contract terms.
If a partnership is agreed, you’ll be set up as a customer and given access to our installer portal. In the portal, you’ll see all the GPS units you’ve purchased from TrackerAlarm and can easily assign them to your customers.
